I believe my little brother Josh will be back for this one as well.

Directions:

To get to Sugarloaf take the Country Club (Hwy 87) exit north off the 202 Red Mountain frwy. After several miles you'll see the exit for Bush Hwy. Note your odometer and continue on Hwy 87 for another 5 miles until you come to the Four Peaks turn off. Four Peaks is to the right but you will want to turn left there to get to Sugarloaf.

Thats what I get for trying to be nice and helping people out. I'm definately down for sugarloaf. Thats probably about the nearest place to me for desert shooting. I may go to the OC dinner. Don't want to commit to too much. I'll let you guys know next week for sure about the shoot.

I'm sure we can find a meetup spot here in the valley and then go from there.

What is approx location of "sugerloaf" spot you guys are talking about....was thinking making the dinner too.

I'll have to get a ride with someone as my car won't make it in that terrain. Also if everyone doesn't meet up together, if its the area I'm thinking of after you turn off left there are several areas that are sort of seperated from each other that you could set up shooting in. If you don't see us at the first one, we are probably farther down. Hopefully someone will verify this.

Surely we have enough trucks to make it there... do we want to setup a location in town to meet up and head out there?

I'll keep an eye on my schedule and weather before hand, if all go... a few day before I will post offer to pick up a few that do not wish to hurt their sedans.

Shooting certainly is great,
I went out today with a couple of friends, we spent the better part of 5 hours at it!
As I have said in the past "If that ammo in the shop won't sell, I'll just shoot it"

The terrain out there is very easy, even a car can make it to almost all the shooting spots.

The 4 peaks clean up just went out there, so PLEASE clean up all targets!

I have been out there in my wifes saturn sedan, the terrain isn't that bad really. There is no way my car would make it though without getting tore up or smashing coolant pipes or something. So I'll still need a ride.

I don't know yet guys, hell, I don't even know where you are going shooting at.
